Curiouser and Curiouser

This Cheney thing is starting to become more and more bizarre and troubling. First, we find out that the victim, Harry Whittington, did not receive the superficial wounds we were at first told about; in fact, pellets from the shotgun shot actually penetrated his body sufficiently to get close to his heart, which yesterday caused a "minor heart attack." Some news sources say Whittington was 30 yards away from Cheney; others say 30 feet. That's a big difference. Since I've never hunted, I don't know the strength of a 28-guage shotgun enough to know which is more likely. Then, the news came out that the hunting party had just gotten out of their car, which seems to indicate it was less of a hunt than a fish-in-a-barrel thing. Which means, considering the circumstances and the fact that hunting accidents usually seem to involve alcohol in some way, the question should probably be asked if Cheney was intoxicated.
