Hoorary for Commentaries!

I'm liking how the editorial commentary is making a comeback in television news reporting, a chance for intelligent people to cast off the role of the "neutral observer" and fulfill the role of the fourth estate to expose and deliberate. First Keith Olbermann and now veteran Bob Schieffer has got a regular gig doing it on CBS. I liked his argument in this recent commentary on Blackwater and how it contributes to the sliminess of Bush's War.
