I Love the Smell of Cooked Jayhawk in the Morning

In what has thus far been an exhilarating NCAA basketball tournament, it made this former K-Stater glow to watch the evildoers at Kansas University get beat in the first round of the tournament for the second year in a row. Last year, 3rd seeded KU lost to the 14-seed, Bucknell. This year, the bastard Jayhawks got thoroughly beaten by 13-seed Bradley.

Way to go Bradley!

UNC got a big scare tonight from a very game Murray State team. This game had me sweating since the brackets came out, as Murray State is a good team that can shoot out the lights. And they did tonight, taking the Tar Heels down to the very end. Congratulations to the Racers and their fans: you did your school proud. Now, we'll see how the Heels rebound from this scare.
