This story propels me to post again, probably because my father still won't admit that global warming is caused by humans, even after watching the masterful An Inconvenient Truth. Well, we already know that the Bush administration edited documents from their own scientists concerning global warming. Now, we have news that the largest oil companies have actually tried to bribe the scientists about to release their major report on global warming $10,000 each. It's crazy. See the story here.
